SAFETY

All AC&C subcontractors are pre-qualified based on safety standards and ratings. Our subcontractors comply with all current applicable laws and changes as they occur (including but not limited to legally binding codes, standards, and regulations, regarding environmental, safety and/or health matters, whether at the federal, state, and/or local level).

AC&C's pre-qualified subcontractors comply with all safety responsibilities and all safety-related provisions per a binding subcontract agreement, including AC&C's prime contract agreement if applicable even if the agreements and requirements are more stringent than the applicable laws. In the event of conflict between provisions of applicable laws and/or other provisions of these safety responsibilities, the more stringent the requirement, as determined by the Contractor or prime contractor, shall govern.
